As you would expect from any fine watch to a new engagement ring, we aim to establish a relationship that will designate us as your resident jeweller. Many of our loyal customers (some from the first day we opened) can attest to the fact we ensure all products are carefully inspected and our customers are fully satisfied before they leave our store. We offer EXCHANGES ONLY 15 days after the date of purchase with original receipt or gift receipt.   There are no refunds.

Emilian Jewellery will repair or replace any piece of jewellery that does not meet quality standards due to malfunction or design defect at our expense. Original receipt must be shown.
